1. Acceptance

By accessing or ordering from this website, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please exit now.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in INR (₹) by default and will convert to your local currency at checkout. Prices exclude international duties, taxes, and shipping fees.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. You’ll receive a confirmation message summarizing your selection, prices, and total amount (including shipping estimates). Payment is due upon order confirmation.

4. Shipping & Customs

• We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, etc.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–14 days).

5. Returns & Refunds

Because pickles are perishable:

• All sales are final once shipped.
• If your jar arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours of receipt to narmadapickles@gmail.com, and we will arrange a replacement at our cost.

6. Allergens & Ingredients

Our pickles may contain mustard, sesame, peanuts, and other allergens. Refer to each product’s page for full ingredient lists and allergen warnings.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by Narmada Pickles or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narmada Pickles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
